OVERVIEW
Welcome to FuckTariff.com (“FuckTariff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store runs on Shopify. That means Shopify gives us the tech, but your purchase is with us, not them. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you don’t agree, close the tab, save yourself the stress, and don’t buy from us.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

  • You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

  • You may be asked for info like your email, shipping address, and payment method. You agree it’s accurate and current.

  • You are responsible for your account credentials. If someone hacks your account and orders 50 hats, that’s on you.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

  • We try to show products accurately, but colors may look different depending on your device.

  • Mockups ≠ reality. Your product may not look exactly like the preview. Deal with it.

  • We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. ORDERS

  • Placing an order = making an offer. We can accept or decline it at our discretion.

  • We only accept once payment is processed.

  • Orders are final once accepted. We usually can’t cancel or edit after that.

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy (NO REFUND)

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices may change at any time. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • Prices exclude shipping, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and other hidden crap governments tack on.

  • You promise your payment info is legit and that you’ll actually pay your bill.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (aka The Waiting Game)

  • Processing: We make everything on demand. It usually takes 2–7 business days to create your order.

  • Transit: U.S. orders: ~3–5 business days. International: longer (thanks, customs).

  • Delays: Once we hand it to USPS/UPS/DHL/etc., it’s out of our control. Delays, lost packages, customs holdups? Don’t blame us.

  • Tracking: You’ll get a link. If it shows “delivered” but you don’t have it → file a claim with the carrier. We can’t refund stolen porch packages.

  • Customs & duties: If your country charges import fees, you pay them. No, we won’t bribe customs.

  • Lost in transit: If your order goes MIA, email us at fucktariffs123@gmail.com. We’ll try to help, but no guarantees.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Everything on this site (logos, slogans, text, images) is ours or licensed. Don’t steal it.

  • You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Our names, logos, and designs are trademarks. Don’t use them without permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY STUFF

  • We may link to third-party sites. If you click them, you’re leaving us. Whatever happens there is between you and them.

  • Shopify powers the store but isn’t responsible for your orders with us. You release Shopify from liability related to your transactions here.

8. FEEDBACK

  • If you send us ideas, memes, or reviews, you give us the right to use them however we want (marketing, roasting tariffs, etc.).

  • Don’t send us illegal, abusive, or infringing stuff.

9. PROHIBITED USES

Don’t use our site to:

  • Break the law.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

  • Upload viruses or hack us.

  • Spam us.

  • Pretend to be someone you’re not.

If you do, we can suspend or ban you.

10. TERMINATION

We can shut down your access at any time. You still owe for anything you bought before termination.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We provide the Services and products “as is” and “as available.”
No promises, guarantees, or warranties — implied or otherwise. If your hat doesn’t make you look hotter, that’s not our problem.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (aka The “Fuck You, But Nicely” Clause)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (lost profits, stolen porch packages, customs delays, emotional distress because your hat didn’t arrive in time for a rally, etc.).

  • Maximum liability = the amount you paid us, or $100, whichever is less.

  • If that doesn’t fly in your jurisdiction, then the minimum legal limit applies.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

If you misuse the Services or violate these Terms and someone comes after us, you’ll cover our costs (including attorneys’ fees).

14. SEVERABILITY

If one clause is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms + referenced policies = the whole deal between you and us.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FuckTariff.com is headquartered. You consent to that venue.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions here. Continued use = acceptance.
